...or is there a similarity between how Harbinger looks in her comm image/portrait and how actress Jeri Ryan looked in some of the photos of her as Seven of Nine? I had to throw that out there, it's been sticking with me since I first saw that comm image pop up on the test server. LOL
It might well be intentional. Video games often base their character models on real people. I believe someone said that Zatanna looks like Jennifer Connelly.
Good point, and it's not without a little precedent. In the collected edition of Identity Crisis, the artist of the series talks about many of the actors/famous people he used as inspiration for characters. For example, his inspiration for Nightwing and Starfire was Johnny Depp and Naomi Campbell, respectively. He did use it to really tug at the heartstrings, too. The basis for Sue Dibny in that story was Dawn Wells, aka Mary Ann from Gilligan's Island. Or as he put it, "Yes, America's Sweetheart. Just a little twist of the knife in your subconscious."
