   Can't select a mission. When I choose one and then que it and ready up, it gives me a random solo mission? is this normal?

   Yes, omnibus is meant to give you a random instance from the list even on solos. If you want to pick you need to open the old on duty menu.
   And i think doing it through the normal on duty menu doesn't count towards the missions.
