It is Ram-wt/LW-throw LW and start over. Benefits: seems extremely fast, has phantom triangle integrated in Cons: hard to pull off, LW is a weak finisher b You know what smoking, so far it's not bad at all. I'm on my camera testing as we speak at the wt.
P.s do NOT test anything on the base dummies, they have a tendency to not register certain hits correctly.
So far Ihave got it down to 1.85 seconds BUT it is extremely power hungry, even more than FFF!! LW doesn't have an internal CD. More testing ensures.
aw LW, well there is a reason why you don't see people using it at least on the PC side. a HL even a controller one is very. very frowned upon using LW and you get a few warnings before your asked to either remove it from your loadout or are asked kindly to leave the raid if your interrupting the flow of the raid. LW is one of those selfish powers where you don't concern yourself with what is going on around you and just focused on yourself. LW especially since your going to be in melee range when using it will knock the tank out of his positioning, in raids like gates LW will destroy the doors in the hallway leading to circe forcing the tank to control those adds before he/she may be ready to do so. It also could knock the other dps whom are in melee range with you out of their rotations and also push them into dangerous situations like boss skull attacks like Eclipso and the BD instance room fight. It now doesn't surprise me in the slightest that you said as far as you can tell no one uses that specific combo
Combos being tested: 1-Eco-combo: C-HC-Ram-whip/C-HC........ 2-CCC: crazy chainsaw carver( new combo discovered this today, uses ONLY FIRST chainsaw construct as an alternative to HC ) Ram-whip/Chainsaw-one chainsaw hit/Ram-whip..... 3-GGG: Gun's greater guillotine ( smoking guns combo ) Ram-whip/LW throw/ram-whip.....etc 4-RSF 5-
Not sure why people think Chainsaw is so bad. Each hit for me was hitting 400+ critting in the 850+. Very Viable.
Hello Volaronn. Now our goal here is not how hard or fast something hits but BOTH. The full 4 hit chainsaw attack has an extremely low dps( something in the range of 500-ish with crits ) But after you use power chainsaw and press square you can see yourself raising the chainsaw, that is when you should clip it for high dps.
Hey Omaar, those combos were sick the CCC and GGG u did on the war room, I wanted to ask I'm hardlight controller and wanted to be DPS for the longest, I need help how to start or do the change for the transition to be a hardlight dps. Please and Thank You.
Hello yellow flash, start by modding: Reds: precision 4 or might/precision 4 ( not much of a difference ) Yellow: precision/power 4 Blue: health/precision 4 Weapon: a melee weapon preferably brawling. And use this combo: ram-WhipThrash ( as soon as you see WhipThrash ) clip with claw then hold square for hold claw. Rinse and repeat
Hi, Omaar. Thank you very much for this guide again. I've been running with it, and I've really found the combos helpful. As primarily a healer, though, I find one thing makes me a little uncomfortable about it. I'm so used to worrying about power efficiency as a healer. However, some of these combos are a lot less efficient as a combo. FFF and SSS seem to take about twice as much power as RSF and AAA, for instance. I wonder if the extra power from the two-clip combos instead of the one-clip combos couldn't be better used by someone else. So, I've been focusing on RSF and AAA when dpsing. I know I'm not doing as much damage, but I think the other DPS, healers, controllers and tank could probably make better use of the power. For now, at least, I'm pretty committed to one-clip combos. I'm wondering, though, if there might not be a replacement for FFF when facing a single target. Do you think the following combo would do more damage to a single target?: Ram>WT>/>ST>Fan>C>HC It's basically FFF, but with a C>HC to bridge the combo. It's very power efficient, and keeps me at 50% the whole time (well, after the first ST). I don't know how it would measure up to AAA, though. Does anyone have any thoughts?
Every one of these questions will be answered buddy. I'm compiling something ( a calculator ) on the forum that will eat everyone test his/her combos by using: 1. Weapon dps 2. Precision, might 3. Desired combo. Patience please.
