Confirmed NPC Still showing Exclamation Point as if I need their quest, but I already have it

and my character just stands there talking to them, no pop-up comes up, because i already have the quest, whereas normally, once i get the quest, the exclamation point would disappear above their head once i grabbed the quest.

A LOT more info is needed if the Devs are to have any hope of getting this one sorted out:

1. WHICH NPC?
2. WHAT Location are they in?
3. WHICH Quest is it?
4. WHERE is your screenshot showing this?
5. WHICH System and Server are you playing on? US or EU? PC? PlayStation? Xbox? Nintendo Switch?

I'll add more info once I'm back in game, but I'm on the US PS/PC server and this has been occurring ALL OVER for a while (?2 weeks? was it there before the update - I think probably not). Basically I have been relying on my journal, because that is real in terms of quests. Question marks to receive rewards seems OK, but "available" and "done" are all mixed up.

The places I noticed this before - Death Metal for one, BOP, Thanagar - seem normal now. Maybe they caught it.

Happening here as well. Multiple locations, for at least a week. However one definite point is the winter seasonal, hal and the vault. PS5

(USPC) This happened to me yesterday with Vaulty the Snowman.

Found one - just now, Titans Island. Beast Boy and Red Robin show their bounties as completed, but they are still in my journal.

ETA - defeated Gizmo, came back and the question mark was over Red Robin - claimed reward, then the "completed" circle appeared for real this time. Beast Boy is still showing it even though I haven't done the robot, and he reacts as though the mission has been picked up but not completed.

Started when Outsider OPs and their special loot locks dropped.

You might be right. I don't remember because I thought that someone would notice and fix it before now. Silly me.

Just now in BOP Metropolis picking up missions. I picked up (well my character, Klimene did) the one for Calculator from the terminal. The terminal still shows the "mission available" exclamation mark BUT it's in my journal already.

The same thing happened in Thanagar, I picked up the overarching mission "Lantern in Need" from Hawkgirl, but she still has an exclamation mark over her head despite the mission being in my journal.

"Chiropteralloy" in Metal Gotham is affected.

ALL mission givers in Atlantis continue to have exclamation points over their heads after the mission is confirmed or picked up (I didn't do all of them last week, so there should have been some at least with no overhead symbols).

Titan's tower next. Seems OK now - I still have the robot mission from Beast Boy, and when I got the one from Red Robin the symbol went away. Chaos Gotham was also OK.

Central City Starro Deluge - is like Atlantis. I needed to pick up 3 weeklies, which I did, but the symbols stayed over the heads even after I had all the missions, dailies (leftovers mostly) and weeklies.

Earth 3 - last week I'd done all the missions except Residential Evil (RE), which I'm part-way through. When I picked them up again, most of the E-points went away as they should do, but the one for RE stayed.
Amusement Mile - exclamation points everywhere, whether I had the missions or not.
War Torn Village seems OK.
Patchwork - the statue still has the points after picking up"Circe's Panthemonium"
31st - "Metropolis Meltdown" and "Mordru's Wild Magic" retain the point after pick-up.
Flashpoint - just "Paradox Repeating" affected.
Doomed DC - seems fine.
Death Metal - Jimmy Olsen, Wonder Woman, Phantom Stranger retain the point.
Bottled DC - the Sub-Avatar bounty retains the point after the mission is picked up. The rest are fine.
Infernal Kahndaq, Dakota City, Cursed Gotham, Apokoliptic Gotham - all OK

It might be helpful for others to note if they have the same problems in the same places. This has been going on for a while, possbly since early December. So while I did have an issue with the C++ update this week (my virus checker blocked a file that turned out to be important and I lost several settings and all custom chats as a result) I caan't see how it's connected.

We have confirmed this issue.

It's happening with Home Turf missions too
