   Will the lockboxes drop at the same rate?

   Once an Aura is created, is it allowed to be traded?

   2. No. Capsules drop every 20 minutes, Lockboxes drop around 6 hours or so I've heard.
   
   3. Yes, one you get the collection done the Aura can be traded.
