Yes that box was in a booster bundle box this year. And it's cheaper then the previous box because it didn't have shaded comic. Either was the premium reward box is a booster bundle item only and only has a 3% drop rate. To tell the truth the premium box dropped the prices on elite of rare drops. Like og cosmic and the skin box your asking 4. Both was 1 billion in Gil but now you can buy both for 300 mil
As the players above state, you needed to buy a Booster Bundle to get access to that Reward Box. Its always possible for it to be added to a future Booster Bundle as a reward.
