So, as the title suggests, it seems that no gear is dropping in the T2 Kahndaq Expert Raid. At least on the USPC villain-side. I was in a T2 Kahndaq Expert Raid yesterday, and even though bosses where dropping the usual random piece of gear and MoT, after the Raid was completed, there was absolutely NO gear in my Inventory from the Raid that those prior bosses had dropped. I submitted a Support Ticket at the SOE website, and was basically told by GM RuggedMonk (after waiting more than 24 hours for an initial response) that even though there was in fact an issue (despite him denying one existed at first until a follow-up was made by me and later proven to be true), that there was NOTHING he could do about it, and no compensation would be given as far as the missing loot and/or a reset of the T2 Kahdaq loot lockout (seriously, even though it was an in-game bug that I am not personally responsible for). However, he did mention that if I wanted to speak to the Developers personally regarding this loot issue, that the best way would be to create a topic about it here on the Forums. An excerpt from my Support Ticket (Reference #140113-000677): So now here I am. If a Developer can get back to me on this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
Did you check, when it said you had to roll for loot? Because last time I did Khan, the personal loot still didn't work yet and we had to roll against each other for loot. (Allready reported multiple times, no response yet) Maybe you missed ot roll for the loot, if you saw it pop up but expected it to be ancient vellum only.
I wasn't talking about loot from trash mobs that you still had to roll Need/Greed/Pass on though. I was referring specifically to boss loot only. During the Raid, all loot was dropping as intended from bosses (complete with on-screen visual confirmation and sound effects), however after exiting the Raid, the gear that dropped from every boss mysteriously VANISHED, leaving me with only MoT and the Monthly Reward Box in my Inventory (and I still had plenty of space in my Inventory, so there was no issue there with overflow). This is obviously a bug since I got confirmation of loot, but nothing in my Inventory. Something unintended must have happened in-between. Sadly, I was also not the only person this happened to in that very same Raid. What is now frustrating, is that I first reported this issue on Monday, CS didn't get back to me until well over 24 hours later on Tuesday, and then I have had conflicting responses from GMs within my Support Ticket, ranging from a "belief" that it was "intended mechanics", to later confirming that myself and others in that very Raid only received MoT from bosses. Then, after admitting that there was an issue (which I'll also say through no fault of my own), I was basically told tough luck, and that there would be absolutely NO compensation given (either by returning the gear that rightfully dropped for me within the Raid or by resetting my weekly lockout so that I may try my luck again), and that if I wanted to talk to a Dev regarding loot issues, to make a thread on the Forum. I'm still waiting to hear from a Dev, but as it is Wednesday and resets are on Thursday, it seems that CS is just stalling in order to render this a moot issue.
Quick follow-up: So after being reimbursed 87 Replay Badges by CS, I decided to try my luck with the T2 Kahndaq Expert Raid again today before the Thursday resets, and found out what the issue was. Apparently, despite the changes to individual loot that took affect with November 12, 2013's GU31, none of the bosses were dropping any gear like they were supposed to; just MoT. Instead, the boss loot was operating under the archaic Need/Greed/Pass loot-mechanic. Apparently, as oasenhoheit mentioned above, this is not an isolated incident and has been reported many times in the past with no developer responses. However, there may be a silver lining after all: The most recent excerpt from my Support Ticket (Reference #140113-000677): ^ Note the part that GM Andromache mentions about "correspondance with the development team on this issue." Hopefully this gets addressed in a future Hotfix for everyone soon!
