Next Update - Date

The Earth changes won't make it live until Tuesday, so I'd assume the Nature changes are the same.

There may also be another Nature update, but I'd have to dig through the notes after I'm done with this duo.

Well my dmg was lowered already is why I say its live and there dnt seen to be DoTs after I use roar either.

It's possible they released the Nature fix earlier since it was more of an issue than the Earth Jackhammer spam.

When will we see some changes to qauntum per say

No. No nerfs have come to live. You really haven't noticed how hard nature hits over most other powers still? Lol, don't worry. Other things will look broken for the new content and we will see another round of nerfs.

Would be nice if under performing powers could be brought up, but I guess nerfing is much easier.

Gonna quote myself to reiterate the same point:

It doesn't matter. Without specific testing guidelines, bring powers up or down will continue the piggy backing of nerfs. Once they adjust one thing, another will seem more powerful. There are less powers that will need brought up in comparison. After the nerfs are live and hit at the same time as new content, SMH at that decision, other powers will seem broken. It's the nature of dcuo and the ever evasive balance.
