So when court house LPVE was up the promotional chara were the ones we needed for this set of feats. Will that hold true for the next set as well? Ive seen couples lanterns so far so does that mean Oan will be next? "fingers crossed"
I thought they were letting us demo a bunch of the crap characters first. No joke, that's the pattern I've picked up on so far. Oa could be a fun choice. It's one of the more requested ones. I'm personally hoping we get Smallville at some point.
Yea Ursa and Zod were the ones I remembered from the Court house as promo ones and they are part of LOA's feats so hoping the lantern promos means Oan is next but smallville would be a good one aswell
I suspect the next Legends PVE Alert will not contain any NPCs that are also Legends characters. It will NOT be Smallville as Green Arrow & Steel are NPCs in the Hero version while Bizarro & Deathstroke are in the Villain version. It will NOT be Coast City as Amon Sur, Atrocitus & Kyle Rayner are NPCs. It will NOT be S.T.A.R. Labs as Arkillo, Kilowog, Hal Jordan and Sinestro are NPCs. It will NOT be Oan Sciencells as Guy Gardner is an NPC. It will NOT be Outer Caverns as Nightwing, Huntress, & Robin are NPCs. It will NOT be Trigon’s Prison as Circe & Wonder Woman are NPCs.
Isn't LPvE meant to be some kind of simulation like the anomalies? If so it wouldn't matter if Iconic NPS appear that we can play, it's not a real encounter by that logic. I want Oa next.
They need to get over that idea. No one cares if they are playing an iconic while fighting the same character. This severely limits the possibilities of this content.
Remember when there was a bug with one of the GU and Paradox was an alert? Let the rumours start!!! Also, seeing as Nexus is in AF2, I honestly think Paradox will be in AF3. Let that rumour start as well!!!
Note that there are several "Hard Mode" versions of the leveling Alerts that are in the Census data Region List: http://dcuolive.com/Region/List For example, there are 2 Gorilla Island locations and 2 Hard Mode: Gorilla Island locations. Most content has a different location for Heroes & Villains as they have different voice instructions.
I was so looking forward to Nexus and PW alerts... granted we are getting that Nexus OP in AF2 but it's not the same Anyway I hope it won't be Oa. The alert is cool and all, but we already got the first Survival Mode there and just had 3 months of Lanterns followed by the new Valentines Event which is Lantern content too... I'd like something that's different from recent content, like Bludhaven or Ace Chemicals.
Agreed. The Devs obsession over this is borderline ******** (yes...... I said it). You could have 4 Bizarro running LoA or Courthouse....... but you can't have them run Smallville because Bizarro is already in the instance?? What kind of freeked up logic is that?? Sadly that is the level of stupidity we see too often in DCUO, The Devs/DC/Warner/Santa Claus have those arbitrary rules that make no freekin sense. And this is a perfect examples of this. We can run missions with 4 Bizarro..... so what would it even matter if Bizarro is already in the mission??? Having 4 Bizarro.. or 5 Bizarro....... what does it even matter?? Makes no freekin sense.
Not only ursa and zod were promotional, also powergirl, saint walker and superman were in promo, so all these 5 were needed for the Loa instance. So far we had atm 2, siniestro and jonh stewart, so still 3 more to farm if you dont have them for next pve event
If i remember, if any of those instances you say, the legends data counld not be used of those already on the instance, lets say if next pve is outer caverns, nightwing, huntress and robin can be used, maybe even batman if hes the one sending the indications, but i think is oracle
