Haven't had one in a while.. I know that we get 100 fragments at the end of the month now, so I am not sure we will ever get another stabilizer event. In the past, they would usually release the stabilizer event just before they release a mega capsule enticing players to open those with 7 stabilizers, and then they release a new time capsule shortly after the mega capsule event expires.
While I agree we may never see one again, I doubt that 100 fragments bit would make a difference. We used to get the equal of that in the daily grants (when they were granted) and we'd see the 5x event pop up on occasion, which was over and above anything we were granted. I still doubt we'll see one though...with the recent focus on cheapening anything you can get quickly or for free in favor of added grind or other time sink. If anything we'd probably get some 'Stabilizer event' where we'd have some OTHER task we'd have to complete over 10 days to get some stabilizer pack at the end.
