I've been leveling-up a few new characters recently for fun and to see how the latest updates affect the pre-level 30 content. My preference is to take my time and enjoy the experience and recently, what I have found to be the most satisfying is Bludhaven. Once this alert is available, I keep it queued while working on content. When in it, I always go in non-dps because I want to see how the other groups members play. Also, Bludhaven drops some of the best gear in the game until you ready level 30. I just love Bludhaven.
