Wow. I would have bought the majority of these if they were cosmetics on the Marketplace. I can't believe how far DCUO has fallen. Capsules are the spiritual successor of Replay Badges.

As usual, the only thing I'm getting from these TC's are tactical mods, tactical mods, tactical mods and nothing else. Big ripoff for me so far.
75 Bucks on stabilzers I didnt even get any rare collections, no head/back or CHEST peice of the high-density gear just a bunch of junk and its easy to see that mostly everyone else did too considering you can buy the stuff that I did get for practically no in game cash at the broker... HUGE RIPPOFF, These time-capsules need to be gotten rid of or fixed with better RNG seriously. The Tactical Mods for healing back and stuff are not very good, hardly anyone at all uses these skills in their loadouts.. I understand Daybreak needs to make cash, the Time-caps are fine and dandy for that but come on guys seriously the drop rate is HORRIBLE.
People like you that spend $75 for an extremely small chance at something worthwhile are the reason that the time capsules are a fixture of DCUO , we all know the drop rates are awful yet people still buy them buy the bucket loads. No sympathy here , In the words of the Joker ... "you pays ya money , ya take ya chances"
You spend $75 on stabilizers and somehow this is Daybreak's fault? No one put a gun to your head, guy. And it isn't like the lousy RNG's is something new. Been that way since they first put these things out. Again, caveat emptor.
They need to change this too. I don't believe there was anything in the Vault that you could use to smash your opponents. It's always been nothing but useless crap.
What! but we got a unicorn trinket and tin foil hat!! seriously tho ,agreed x100 the vault is in serious need of an upgrade.
the only items that come to mind are those gold rings that are either 48 or 78 item level. and then you have the phantom zone crystal which gives you something similar to the kryptonian powersets. but yes, utterly useless items in term of smashing your enemies
anybody got a complete list of the speed force material collections? and yes the drop rates suck. not everyone wants the black racer cowl now do they? and yet that is the capsule collection you get most often.
I think these mods were planned long term, so some Mary not be useful now, but should have value when the start revamp goes live. At that time, more skills will become viable in loadouts. So it's possible that a skill that no one uses today may be everyone's favorite skill after the revamp. I know this it's an exaggeration in some cases, but at the very least having the mod may make up for a slight deficit in the power so it may become an option as long as you have the mod. So you may want to hold on to any mods for your power until the revamp is live to judge theirs worth.
forgive me, please, if I've misunderstood this. but! am I right that you have to finish certain collections, which are a nightmare to finish in themselves, to get access to the Black Flash stuff? is the reward for completing the collection that you are now able to buy the Black Flash stuff? as opposed to actually getting the Black Flash stuff?
a thousand times this. I would have been more than happy to drop real money on some of this stuff. but not this. oh, yeah, & I just found out that you can't even buy specific base items. even the ******* vendor base items are RNG now. there were exactly two items in the set that I thought I'd get for one of my toons. can't even do that without all this nonsense.
