People really need to stop spreading this- It was voted on by the players between Water & Serums
The only thing they ever stated was that the grappling mechanic was "proving to be difficult"

The only thing stated about "drugs" came from the forumites

Atomic was the everything we asked for power. Water, well, I don't care for the dps side. The healing side I really enjoy. NOT everyone's cup of tea, but I rather enjoy being a damage prevention healer rather than a damage healer.

The only power I'm really hoping for is plasticity/elasticity powers, but, seeing as Elongated Man and Plastic Man are yet to be seen in game, i'd have to say it's a... stretch.

The best lantern to put as healers are white/black lanterns, as heroes and villans.
White lanterns can heal easily heroes with life and black lanterns well.....even when the person wearing the ring was dead, the ring kept reconstructing(healing) them and keep them alive so...there you go.
It can work as green/yellow power, same thing, different color.

Before we get a new power I’d like to see QoL improvements added to the game. In my opinions they should fix the following before considering a new power. These aren’t in any particular Oder

1. PVP
2. Balancing weapons and hybrid play styles
3. Style sharing
4. Adding more playable content
5. UI

Star Sapphire being a healer? No. I will start with Blue Lanterns to debunk your thought. It's already cannon in DCUO Blue Lanterns be healing Green Lanterns and others rallying them back into action (Healer role). Back to Star Sapphire! Look at the history of Star Sapphire, it's about "converting you to see love (controller), and trapping people into those zamaron crystals I cannot get out (tank) . Since the Star Sapphires are ladies the notion of protect someone sound allot like tank. On duty menu DCUO basically established the Star Sapphire role for references. At Ferris Aircraft the Star Sapphires be resurrecting/ rallying their own girls that be down using those zamaron lantern rings( the same thing the Blue Lanterns do but on Green Lantern), if my statement is correct a Blue Lantern and Star Sapphire power set will regardless have a power despite roles that can lift someone back up. As for that move Carol Ferris do 'Love of War" with that Star Sapphire lantern battery that sit on the ground pulsating getting strong until kaboom? I would so love that move super charge or not I don't care. Lets pretend Star Sapphire isn't controller/ tank her power set! Despite already having a healer I will just never use healer role, but I would still use heals from my girl considering it gets annoying I cannot heal others than just myself normally being the green ring.

As for me? Despite myself being a straight man I love pink and violet pink like crazy. My biggest emotion is regrettably hope but I refuse that Lantern corp, for Star Sapphire (love) any day as my female toon.

One of the reasons I say Star Sapphires is because their paradigm makes them suitable for heroes *and* villains. Love brings out both the best *and* the worst in us, after all. Blue could only be justified as heroes (and are useless except when in the presence of other colors, and Indigo could really only be justified in the sense of turning villains into heroes - every single member of Indigo tribe was a villain before being forcibly inducted. Plus Indigo copies the powers of whatever other color they’re in the presence of.

No I'm sure someone thought Serums + Superspeed phase dodge = Tweaker.
