    That's a reasonable explanation, but what's unreasonable is that it wasn't announced with the name change update. Most mistakes soe make generate money. Players should get refunds

    According to GM Volom, if you try to send a mail to the name you want and it doesn't return you an error message, then the name is already taken. Even tho the name is not on wavedox/dcuolive on any server (USPC, USPS, EUPC, EUPS) or if it says "<name> does not exist" when you try to add as friend.
