New Marketplace Options!

So I wanted to buy some Episodes I'm missing with PayPal today. No luck. So I can't buy SC, Episodes or Legendary with two options I could work with (Steam or PayPal).

DCUO team really hates money that much?

Huh ... that's some sweet a** bummer right there. Certain countries can only pay via credit card? No single episodes available via Steam, that doesn't seem like a good marketing campaign to me. At least make it so that we can buy episodes and other stuff on the home page as gifts. It can't be that players like Ekart (Slowenia) can't purchase any further subs/episodes/whatever without having a credit card for which they also have to pay every few months or monthly.

And what's that about the weird pricing of Episodes? 11,34€ is one darn weird number ô_Ô

I have recently read that Steam will sell a Episode Pack 3 which will contain AF 2 and also HoP 2. I think that this will be released after that HoP be available on sale.

But I still find that this payment restriction model sucks big time. The thing is, that in other games i don't have this kind of problems. And there is no logic behind it. So me and others who have the same problems will be stuck for a month or two, maybe more while waiting that an episode pack apears on Steam? I really don't see the logic behind this.

You should change the trailers for the dlcs to match these changes because of a few reasons:

1.New player will see a dlc trailer and think it comes with a new power-ex-new player saw a trailer for fight for the light and buys the dlc for the light power only to find out that the dlc doesn't have it.

2.The trailers can be considered false advertisment.

It's especially odd since the individual episodes were on Steam until recently. So anyone who bought WotL2 and AF2 is in the position of buying an episode pack when all they need is HoP2. Please make sure HoP2 is available for individual purchase on Steam.

They are not false advertisement. Stuff like that always has an "Information is correct at time of publication." clause attached.

Hey how about some cool trinkets for the REST OF US? Nothing like seeing all the cool trinkets from sm while seeing the old rusty ones nobody would pay for in the marketplace

just as i thought all this is pretending to give you better options but its really just a way to charge more for the same content were now you have to pay around 20 dollars for what we used to get for 10

Hello, I would like to ask you who facilitate the payment method of the episodes to come, because as I and many friends, not possess a credit or debit card to make a purchase, once we bought the Steam, but now, not sold more DLCs for it. Then I would ask humbly that facilitate this, could sell episodes for Station Cash, buying or selling by code so could buy from other players and etc .. !!!! :´(

I'm also kind of mad about the type of payment of the episodes. I buyed alsmot all the episodes and now becasue the payment methods you have i can't buy it. If you guys could add new payments methods, or let episodes be purchased on the Market, it would be amazing and all the dc universe community also would thank it as well. I hope the next time i write something on the forum would be "Thanks for the great work".

There were no gear drops from what I saw. The NPC level was 131. If there were gear drops and the IL was 131 then that definitely means it's not next. Going from 110 raid gear to 131 trash drops is an enormous leap.

I'll go back and re-watch it make sure it was IL and not the CR of enemy but iirc it was IL will brb

Since that SOE turns in Daybreak Game Company, the Marketplace is the most actualized part of the game.....(With new ways for make us spend the money obviously)
