New Iconic Powers Idea

    Powers that should be added as new iconic abilities

    Fire Breath:
    Should be similar to it's Freeze Breath counterpart except for it causes enemies to be inflicted with burn

    Freeze Vision:
    Should be similar to it's Heat Vision counterpart except for it causes enemies to be inflicted with frostbitten

    Vacuum Breath:
    Should be similar to it's Freeze Breath counterpart except for its a pull and also does not freeze enemies

    X-Ray Vision:
    Should be similar to it's Heat Vision counterpart except for it can allow you to see enemies that are invisible animation should be similar to most weapon buffs or where the eyes glow a certain color to indicate the player is using that ability

    Enhanced Endurance:
    [Innate]
    Gain immense toughness, allowing you to survive longer for a short period of time. Once near death you'll gain a temporary shield thats immune to all sorts of physical damage giving you a fighting chance to make a comeback 10% dominance 10% toughness

    Healing Factor:
    [Heal]
    [Innate]
    Gain immense healing, allowing you recover health for a short period of time. Once near death you'll regain 15% health back giving you a fighting chance to make a comeback
    10% Restoration 10% health

    Spotlight:
    [Heal]
    [Supercharge]
    [Usable While Controlled]
    Cast a divine healing light that provides heals overtime, while also preventing incoming damage.
    Protecting yourself against control effects for a short period of time.
    Cooldown:35.8s
    Supercharge Cost: 5000

    Super Strength slightly updated i added precision and kept it equal to weapon because too many folks relying on precision rn

    Super-Strength
    [Innate]
    Gain immense strength, allowing you to lift large objects such as vehicles. Toss those objects at your enemies or smash them! Smashing enemies with objects will deal increased damage and knock them down.
    At 1 point: +10% base
    • +15% Power
    • +15% Might
    • +10% Weaponization Skill
    • +10% Weaponization Rating
    • +10% Precision
    Also to add change the game maintenance shutdown timer back to its original time at 5AM made way more sense at 5AM then 9AM by then most players would be on by 5AM not that many players are on they are mostly sleeping

    Fairly sure there used to be an X-ray Vision iconic power - that improved your characters perception or something (I forget the exact effects it had) - but was removed for some reason.

    It increased Perception, making stealth enemies more visible. Tank's already have increased Perception. There aren't that many stealth/invisible enemies in PvE and they're not all that stealthy to begin with. They become visible as soon as you approach them without drawing aggro.

    tbh the thought process for this ability is to help those who does pvp against gads mentals and if muni gets my rework idea update it'll also have invis as well

    BTW i seen your iconic powers post the few iconics that makes the most sense to be added if most def Shockwave clap i'll use that in my updated post while also creditin you for the idea as for the supernatural leap thats clearly acrobatics tbh but still nice you thought of it accelerated healin wouldn't happend because it would kill off healers precognition is ok but don't see how it would work in actual content maybe show everyone early indication of the bosses going into 1shot invulnerability is almost the same as my enhanced endurance ability with a slight change but tbh i truly appreciate your post because it shows that im not the only person who is trying to add more improvements and fun to the game and i hope to see all my ideas happend next update or afterwards and yours as well maybe tweak certain stuff such as precognition to indicate early boss 1shots now the only way i could see the accelerated healin be added is by lowering the heals percentage to 2% or 5% every 15s so it wouldn't replace healers or make the devs think our goal is to replace healers entirely plus they would hesitate on the idea because it allows the player to heal every so often and might make the devs think its to replace healin entirely which is not your goal but its to help cut down on deaths and take less stress off the healers whie tryin to keep every alive and stayin alive themselve while also tryin to help the tank stay alive i think heres a better idea accelerated power doing the exact same thing except it gives power instead reason why i say that because from my experience i get in content with dps,healers and tanks quite often and rarely ever see trolls or a good troll not to say that they dont exist but most healers i see power drains alot which is very annoyin but last to add i truly appreciate your idea because your goal is the same as mines and thats to help improve dcuo with newer and more stuff besides raids and styles
