This is the new base item from Extra Life. It has an odd focus bug on the decals / controls depending on how far your camera is from it but its awesome nonetheless!
Figured I would make a video showing both of the arcade games we can get for base items. I didn't really show the details of the Gamaga base item as well
Side note: I like the detail of the music similar to that of the games being referenced and also the little caution thing and DC logo on the backs
So you only got this if you managed to get in the right phase or what? Is it actually interactive like there's a little mini game or something?

It is one of the possible rewards if you donate for a boss spawn through the DCUO Dev Team for extra life. There are various auras, chromas and this was added this year. To get it, you would donate and pick the reward and do the Boss Spawn event with friends like the Base Crafters did yesterday. If you weren't apart of the group hosting the boss spawns then yes, you would have to track down a dev invasion and be in the right phase as it was happening. Then you would try to be in range when the devs granted the award that was chosen ahead of time. So it could be an aura or any of the 10(?) other rewards.
Congrats on the aura. We picked a spot out of the way because we wanted to give the Base Crafters community the best chance of getting in phase instead of randoms.
Also, just hopped on US PC & PS and noticed there are some listings for the Gamaga Arcade Game on the broker. As of this post they were listed at 150m+. So you could also acquire it that was if you wanted too.
Oh really? Nice, I'm down to like 5-10m though, been buying up a lot of collections recently. Oh well lol, I'm not much of a base builder anyhow
Oh, that looks SOO cool! Maybe one of these years I can fully participate and get an extra special prize. Ah well.
Remember, if you just donate the money and don't actually donate to a "boss event" slot, they are not obligated to provide a boss event. I know many players were just donating money and saying they wanted an event even when Oceans did not post the event slots last year. Context is everything.
To add to the forementioned, there is a rendering issue affecting the Gamaga Arcade Machine, which Ryll pointed out and filmed, so the thread also serves as an ask for the Devs to take a look at it, see if it's fully working as intended. There's also still weeks worth of potential Boss Spawns, so having it featured could help clarify for anyone looking to donate.
