Wow I did not know they did that to Kara. Boooooooooo. I now do not like that change either. Why would she ever need to be a Red Lantern?
i didn't go right for skin color you did. the only thing you mentioned was that he was black so if you want to blame someone blame yourself. if he came back black who cares as long as he's the same guy it shouldn't matter.
This is the only thing I like about the New 52, the new Blue Beetle suit. Just that, not the stories, or what they've done to every other character in the universe. New 52 = New Coke... blech
Is Spider-man the only superhero that has a timeless suit? I mean it's has stayed the same since it's original concept. Before anyone attacks me, yes even if you like superman's classic look... It is still a dated look. It is not timeless. It will forever be iconic, but the suit is very much a product of it's time. Spider-man's classic red and blue on the other hand.....
DCUO not marvel and no Spiderman's Suit has changed still have webbing but the emblem has and the color scheme
As they do with every comic line they print. This is no different than the original. They quit making a lot of comics based off certain heroes, then they eventually bring them back. New 52 is here to stay, for at least the foreseeable future. Convergence is only here for a small time, then they will continue on with the normal New 52, minus a few that weren't selling that great. Your point isn't exactly a good one.
The old one still existed. In the New 52, this thinner Lobo was hunting down the old Lobo, to reclaim his name. Apparently, the old Lobo was an imposter. But...technically speaking, the two Lobo's are completely different people.
Superman looses some of his powers. They are reverting him back to the very first good guy Superman, imagined back in 1938. He will no longer be able to fly. So I am guessing, since he has to jump everywhere again, they felt the cape and suit was a bit much? I'm sure it won't last. This only happened to him because he discovered a new power, called Supernova. I'm sure as his powers build back up, they will eventually place him back in a costume.
Just as you think Spider-man is timeless... some think that Superman is timeless...... or at least.... he was before the NU52. Just as you think Superman is dated..... some think Spider-man is dated and should be replaced by the Miles Morales Spider-man.
Read what I wrote please. I said the SUIT/COSTUME IS timeless. It is not a reflection of what I think of the hero. Timeless means that you can place that suit in any time period and it doesn't look too out of place. Spider-man's suit ALWAYS goes back to that classic look. Sure their are alternate suits but he always goes back because that suit is simply never out of place. Superman's suit has changed MULTIPLE times since inception. And HAVING UNDERWEAR ON THE OUTSIDE is most definitely a dated look
