Never received my Legendary membership

    On March 12th I renewed my membership along with me sons membership on another Xbox one. He received his and I never have. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten access. I talked to Xbox and they refunded me my money and had me purchase it again with no luck. Unfortunately Xbox will not give me another refund. I contacted daybreak and they told me that they are having no issues on their end. I'm just curious if anyone else has had this issue and what steps did you take to resolve it.
