Need help with PVP gear

So i started farming pvp marks then i bought the gear with the pvp cr 97 instead of pvp cr 96 and the next gear is not showing. i got the head, pants, helmet, shoulders, belt, trinket and the rings and i dont have a pvp weapon. is it because i dont have the weapon or i started cr 97 instead of cr 96?

You need to have everything, yes.
