Nature's Harvest and Savage Growth target limits (healer role)

After a lot of testing and using both Harvest and Savage Growth in healer role I've come to notice that they seem to have a limit of how many targets they can heal or affect.
They both seem to be limited to something in between 8 and 12 targets, I can't be exact because that is really hard to test and find out.

This is a big problem in raids now since everyone seems to have an army of pets and henchmen which really reduces the reliabillity of both these powers for healing actual team members (players).
As a healer I need to be able to count on these powers to heal every player that is in range and line of sight like Metabolism does for example but then again Metabolism only heals actual players and not friendly NPCs like pets for example.

My tests include fights on open flat surfaces (parts of Prime, most FoS2 boss fights for example) with no objects blocking line of sight where I was unable to heal one or multiple players from my group that were in need of healing with either of those two powers
This would usually fall together with a lot of henchmen and pets in the fight at the time.
If I would then use Metabolism instead they would get healed by that just fine.
Both Savage Growth and Harvest were working because I would see numbers coming off those pets and other friendly NPCs just not from the players I was trying to heal who were well within range.

So please remove this limit or have these powers prefer players over NPCs with targeting, atleast have a look at it.

I haven't seen this as an issue. Then again, I dont use harvest - I use cross pol /bloom. I did notice there seems to be a bigger variance on metabolism though. Ive seen it tick for 115 lately, and the lowest I normally got was 125.

This is a potential problem with any power that can heal npc allies I'm guessing. It seems some powers (like savage and harvest) have a limit to how many allies can be healed, which will naturally be a problem with all the pets and henchmen people are using these days.

Here's a way to reproduce it so you can see what I'm talking about...

    * Ask a friend to help out.
    * Go to a crowded area with either players or NPCs that you can heal, well they dont have to be damaged but just potential healing targets (Hall of Doom or Watchtower central areas tend to be very crowded with people and make for good places to test this).
    * You as the source of the heals go stand in the middle of the crowd.
    * Your friend stands somewhere away from you but still in range of the healing powers, make sure there is quite a few targets closer to you than how close your friend is to you.
    * Use the healing power.
    * Ask your friend to press F1 and see if the pheromones from that power are listed under Current Effects.
    * Notice how they are not listed if there is enough other targets closer to you than your friend is to you.

Phermones will be listed under currect effects as:
    Name of power
    1 to 3 Health - Are
    a.

This way you can actually test how many targets it hits if your "test subjects" dont move too much.
Even better if you can get a group of people like that to help out for the testing you can get exact numbers on how many targets it hits.
By using this method I've found out that Bloom also has limit of how many targets it can affect but it seems to be much higher than what Savage Growth and Harvest have.
If you try this method in an empty area using the same distance your friend will always be affected by the healing powers and have the pheromones listed under current effects.

Something I really hate is when ppl pop more than 15 adds with the new mods and you can't heal or get any heal since those pets are getting it all... I died so many times in Prime because pets were getting more healing than me...

We have identified the issue here. Thank you for the report!

Just wondering since you have identified the problem, is it possible for you to give me exact numbers on how many targets each of those powers can hit?
That would help me with using them more effectively untill the are fixed.

    Thank you!
