All 3 DoT's can be applied while in Insectoid form, but when Harvest is cast it will only refresh the Vine Lash and Briar DoT's can be refreshed while the savage growth DoT's stops after 11 ticks. I don't know if it is a bug, that savage growth can still be applied in Insectoid form, because the Insectoid description doesn't mention DoT's anymore , or if it's a bug with savage growth.
