Mysteries of the Season's Greedings Vault

So the vault has been back for a couple of days now and I'm sure most people have amassed for themselves quite the haul of goodies. I've noticed that I normally come out of each run with 2-3 base items + some extra things depending on luck. I run the vault with all of my characters and then mail everything to one of my more central characters, who then either collects or sells.

This morning I've been accepting all of that mail and I'm noticing some base items that I've never seen before and that don't appear to be in the seasonal vendor (I've double checked).
    • Ivy Covered Leg Lamp - not to be confused with "Table with Ivy-Covered Leg Lamp" from 2017. As you might imagine, it's just the lamp on the floor with no table. Description text says it "Costs 6 x Holly Leaves," but no year is listed and it's not sold in the seasonal vendor.
    • Batman Ball - it's a base item, and it's a miniature version of the Batman Bouncy Ball from the Marketplace. I haven't collected it, but there's one on the broker and you can preview it. "Costs 1 x Holly Leaves," but no year listed and it's not in the seasonal vendor.
    • Batman Garland - a garland with gray + yellow bows. "Costs 1 x Holly Leaves," no year listed and not in the seasonal vendor.
And that's it from me. Have you found anything in the vault worth mentioning, that isn't in the seasonal vendor? Share it in the thread and let's see what other mysterious items lie in the Winter Vault.

Similar to you, a Superman ball and Harley leg lamp on the floor.

Haven't keep too close track, but I did remember receiving a Large Flash holiday tree from one run.

The ivy covered leg lamp (tribute to A Christmas Story movie) was an uncommon or rare drop in the vault during the holiday seasonal the last 2 (maybe 3?) years. I'm assuming that's true for the other items. I never got them in a drop, so I can't be sure. So they're probably built into the original loot table.

Two more to report from today.

First is the Ice Brick Wall-1 Story. What's odd is that it's listed as a 2018 item in the description but it's nowhere to be found on the vendor. The other is the Festive Holiday Bridge Right Corner. No year listed in the description.

    EDIT: Pics.

I'm really glad you made this thread because I was in the process of doing the same.

I haven't been so lucky, but I've been scanning the broker like mad since day 1 of the seasonal when I found the Ice Brick Flooring on the broker. I don't have screenshots yet- I haven't consumed a few I've purchased- but I'll leave a written description with each.

Festive Holiday Bridge Right Corner- Similar to the Holiday Bridge but a Right-facing L corner.
Festive Holiday Bridge Left Corner- Similar to the Holiday Bridge but a Left-facing L corner.
Batman Ball- A small Batman-inspired toy ball
Superman Ball- A small Superman-inspired ball
Flash Garland- Similar to previous garlands but with Flash colors.
Green Arrow Tree- Similar to other Hero/Villian Trees BUT it's white tinseled instead of green needles.
Green Arrow Tree (Large)- Similar to other Large Hero/Villian Trees BUT it's white tinseled instead of green needles.
Ice Brick Roofing- A square of icy bricks for the ceiling
Ice Brick Flooring- A square of icy bricks for the floor

The main question I have is this- why in the world are these items vault exclusives? With peace and love to the developers, the actual seasonal items for 2021 you can buy with the Holly leaves are a huge let down. Enormously so. Combine this with the the fact the new DLC also has zero furniture available, the base community has really been put in the corner as of late. However, these Ice Walls and introduction of the Corner Bridges are absolutely wonderful and could definitely warrant a daily running of the actual seasonal for Holly marks to buy multiples for several types of bases. Instead, they're locked behind an RNG system you only have one chance of running every day on a single character. It really is mind-boggling. Are they wanting us to reset the vault? Want us to have a bidding war on the broker? Most who decorate are going to run that vault regardless- a piece of furniture guaranteed each run is reason enough. I just cannot understand why this was done, at all. It's beyond frustrating...

There's also an Ice Brick Wall 2-story.

I spent forever the other night looking for Ice Brick Flooring in the vendor - I knew I had to just be overlooking it - at least now I know I wasn't hallucinating when I saw it.

Some of these I remember being in the vendor like the Ivy, Harlequin and Catwoman Leg Lamps (with and w/o table).
But I am seeing quite a lot of items not only not in the vendor of the year in the description but also not with any year of description.

I was hoping a dev would have seen this and commented as it is quite a mess.

    SAY WHAT NOW
I read it last night but went back to sleep. I NEED this and I hope it will drop or that they will add it to the vendor later. We didn't get almost nothing this year so this would be a great addition. :(

Wow, I really want those Ice brick items. Guess I should stop being lazy and actually run the vault on more characters

    Those ice walls are sicko.
I totally understand the frustration on the rng for base items, when will it end lol.
Even though my base sucks I think the base community is one of the coolest parts of dcuo, the nicest people those base builders, devs you should be nicer to them.

;o; Omg, that is the cutest and BEST idea for that ball! I was sitting here wondering what the heck I was going to do with mine other than generic toy things, and that is absolutely perfect. Well done!

Howdy Everyone, Ranmaru here I've gone ahead and reviewed the Winter Seasonal Vault loot lists and verified 28 existing items that never made it to the winter seasonal vendor.

Now for one reason or another these items were held back from release at the time of creation for various factors, but the team thought it wouldn't be right to have these base items restricted to just the vault in case yall wanted to purchase several copies of them. So in the giving spirit I've verified the items and set them on the vendor with appropriate pricing, please enjoy them to your hearts content.

    Happy Seasons Greedings everyone.
