Hiya, so I've been leveling my Munitions character and have been trying to find info on what to use for my dps loadout, but all the info I could find seem to contradict each other. I want to ask if anyone knows what the current loadout for Munitions is or is it more of a pick your favorites that proc Bullet Frenzy and Eye of The Tiger?
1st thing to know is that PI's are 95% worthless as munition. Once bullet frenzies damage bonus kicks in it OVERRIDES power interactions. So grav charge? Burning? Who gives a crap! (technically it can bump ur damage a little before BF starts but it starts pretty fast, 5barrel gets it going all by itself!) So yea it doesnt really matter cept for preference. 3 fast powers, 3 fast+1 Heavy. 5 barrel and railgun are very strong. Whatever as a filler... Me I love 50cal. When it crits it does a ton of damage. When i remove it from my LO my dps drops. 'splosion is kind of stupid because its not mobile which is a big part of what makes muni fun. I didnt test every combo out to 60 seconds. I really love my LO tho. 50cal - chaingun - 5barrel - rocket launcher - Killer Instinct - whatever SC. (I like mre or turret, not a fan of big gun). Thats a 4 move burning combo. Lots of PP left 4 iconics. Besides hating 'splosion, i also hate shrapnel grenade or flak cannon i forget the name, whatever is below 5barrel. The range feels alot shorter and I just dont feel or see the damage. But yeah its super versatile and balanced unlike some other powers.
I love partial gun. The sound makes me laugh. I use either this load out or swap PG for shrapnel grenade launcher. Don't forget BIGGUN!
big gun in your best friend.. if you know when to use it at the right times and doing consistently good damage you should be top 3 depending on the instance
Question, what is the best head mod for munitions dps. SC biggun or critical killer instinct? And override bullet frenzy my 2% crit attack chance with the killer instinct mod?
