Multiple Settings Issues

The two major one are that:
1. The profanity filter keeps resetting to on, even if i set it to off.
2. Voice chat never works, i have a working mic, all 3rd party software works including steam.
DCUO's own voice connection test fails every time giving me the error 3.0.0. And it never ever works, firewall is causing no problems.

The first one is a known bug.

hey i'm trying to upload a photo to show u my screen but it won't let me but my screen is messed up my power bar is below my tv screen i can't see it and my name and map are at midscreen idk wats happening but i'm unable to play the game right please fix that

It's on USPC

There is no USPC or USPS, only US and this has been an issue all day and likely won't be resolved until the next server restart.

I've still got the same problem goin on, no one can hear me and i can't them. Anything could help really

Just as the MOTD on every server says: They will fix it soon.
