Movement problems

    I have been experiencing movement problems lately. I can be flying and all of a sudden I will stop like there is an invisible wall that I run into and I can't move until I block. Any ideas on why that's happening?

    I am on PC and I have a great gaming set up. Not top of the line, but I run ESO and WOW in ultra settings with next to any issues. DCUO has always run smoothly in high settings until about a week or so ago. It has become nothing but a huge lag fest. Watchtower is the worst area for it, but even in Earth 3, i move like slow motion...its gotten real unplayable. Is there a known issue for lag on the PC end...not sure what's happening all of a sudden.

    What graphiccard do you have? And if it is a NG NVIDIA, do you use the inspector?
