   Any reason I can't get my monthly All Access redemption? I am a lifetime member and it says I need to buy a membership to get benefits. Tried launching game thru both Steam and the game's launcher, both several times to see if it was just a hiccup. And before anyone asks, it resets the 28th of each month for me.
