    lucky you, last time I asked around for someone to craft me a precision+health mod on PS3 they all wanted 2-5 million cash + 5 stacks exobits+ mats....The prices (for the plans), as you mentioned, are exhorbant (150 mil plus).

    Basically its like this. If you or some one in your league have a expert mod and a normal mod. Get the expert. Getting the normal one is just stupid. 50% increase in stats for the same price. Its like going to a buy one get on free sale and only getting one item.
