Mixed Messages Regarding Future Content Release Scheduling

    I was about to post this in a different thread (Content Drought), but since it has now been locked, I figured I'd start a new thread instead since it is essentially about mixed messages regarding future content release scheduling.

    Now within that previous thread on Page 3, Mepps stated the following on February 15, 2017:

    However, less than a month prior to this, something to the exact contrary was stated during a CGMagazine conducted interview with Daybreak CEO Jack Emmert on January 26, 2017 (Daybreak's Jack Emmert Talks the Evolution of DCUO).

    For those of you that don't want to read the article, or for those of you that are weary of links that take you away from these forums, I've taken a screenshot below with the relevant information highlighted:

    So... we're getting new content every quarter according to Jackster (Jack Emmert), but according to Mepps nothing was ever said about returning to quarterly content.

    Kind of interesting if you ask me. If Daybreak's own employees aren't even on the same page, how can Daybreak ever hope to be on the same page with its customers?

    Just what exactly is going on around here? o_O

    When Jackster refers to content in that interview, he is referring to large events and large episodes. We have not returned to quarterly episodes. We'll share more information about the next content launch when the time is appropriate.
