Missing/Invisible Neck on Monarch Female Character

The neck on my Monarch Female Character is missing/invisible. I've never seen this before:



This is happening with every Chest style that shows the neck area.

I have relogged and reset everything, still present. And other people are seeing the problem on my toon, so it is not just my screen.

I can verify this is not just her client. I see the same from mine.

Bump. Still suffering from Floaty Head.

UPDATE:

Figured out EXACTLY what the problem is. It's NOT the size of the character or the type of shirt.

It's the Shock Jock pants. Equipping the Shock Jock pants makes necks invisible.
It's completely reproduceable by simply equipping Shock Jock pants and any Chest that has a visible neck.

This bug is on Male and Female toons, regardless of toon size.
