At about 12:00 PT today, My league and I ran Artifacts from the past, specifically with the goal in mind for it to be a feat run. In this run, we landed the "Waking the dead" and "Ungrund Energy Conversion" feats, neither of which I had, and they popped. 75 feat points. Awesome. I log off directly after this raid to get ready to go to work. I am now off work, and came home and logged into DCUO. I find that both of these feats not only did not appear on my recent accomplishments but were also not completed - even though they were obtained ~10 hours prior. I logged in after work around 30 minutes prior to this post. Has this happened to anyone? What causes this? Can it be resolved or will I need to re-earn them? Anyone else have any thoughts on the matter? Please keep the discussion on topic. Discuss.
In the past, I've submitted a ticket with the date, time, and instance and notate as many names in my group that I could remember. As much information as you can give is best. I was able to get the feats, but this was also 2 years ago. Best of luck, sir!
Yesterday I got the feat for completing the style feat for the t6 gear vendor in Themescyra. Logged back in, lost the point it gave me, the gear I bought etc. However, I got the marks back and kept the garbage 98gear the raid gave me. Only happened once to me. It also hasn't happened since.
