Missing Bank & Inventory Space

I'm Legendary paid up til January, so that is not an issue. I have bought max bank and inventory space. When I go to my bank I am missing inventory space and I can't not remove anything either.

Just to be Clear my Bank Inventory was NOT Full Prior to GU74

Below is Screen Shot of my bank showing full when it should Not be and My Character's Inventory I can not remove anything and on the right said it is giving me an error message in Yellow.

I have heard 1 league mate is having that same issue

It's happening to me as well. I haven't had the time to check on the affected account yet. That will be this weekend's fun activity.

Premium member here with maximum bank, shared bank and inventory slots. All my characters (heroes and villains) have reduced inventory space since the recent game update, the bank also seems to be missing a couple slots, the shared bank is unaffected.

I have the max amount of inventory/bank inventory.. but willing to pay to increase it even further.. Any chance that you guys can increase the inventory amount.. As well as, how many items can be bunched together.. i think 12 and 16 are too little.. Seems outdated. There are more items that are dropping more frequently in the game compared to a couple of years ago.

I believe I'm seeing the same issue. I was a Legendary member from Oct. 2011 until Aug. 2016 and during that time purchased at lease additional bank slots and possibly inventory slots. I came back just after the update as Premium member and my bank in particular seems to be smaller than it should be. My main character is BlueNight.

I have also sent a list of my toons that these are still happening. Most of my toons now have 120 bank slots. On two toons I had to remove 10 items into my personal inventory to open up one spot. That must mean that before we had 130 bank slots. I have at least 4 more toons that have a range from 124 to 127 full bank slots.

I will send you a pm shortly as well, I just had time to cycle through the characters on the account.

Got me afraid to log in now, at least until this has been sorted out, every active character (including four bank mules) have full inventory and personal bank, and bought extra space once or twice (including shared bank, but that's empty right now)

I was wondering when there would be a fix for this I tried moving things around in my bank and inventory, I can't even switch armories to play support role atm because of this issue on my characters. I found out the hard way went to help a friend trol lfor JFA r and my pot and ticks were so much lower I was missing base vit I could not figure out why till I saw my gear was dps gear then I saw an error when trying to load my support role armory. Please fix ASAP

also happened to me

all my characters had stuff in the last line of theyr inventory slots (i keep stuff there that i allways carry with me but not allways need to use) and in the bank slots it is the same: stuff that was in the last line, suddendly ist moved to the first empty spots in my inventory... just as if i would have lost a row or two... i have maxed out slots in both and have legendary membership slots aswell.. or rather should....
