    The MP items do not count towards the feat. It says that in the description.

    I'm sure my skill points are bugged, because today I won two points and used it with 182, when I went to use 5 more points, it was not computed and I continued with 182.

    Same thing, same items, same description. The Loyalty Vendor is a duplicate of the Marketplace for PS players to spend their subscription rewards.
