Might DPS Master Thread - Rotations for Every Power and How to Build/Test Them

    - Bad news: Crystal is now almost entirely worthless for Might. Good news: Upheaval's had its clipping tightened/improved significantly, and it can now be clipped as early as the first frame of the combo animations

    - Added ranged raid trash clear option
    - Added source shard rotations

    - ST rotations improved and diversified (several ways to get effectively the same result so there's some flexibility here)
    - Removed as many redundant variants as possible while adding new relevant ones (especially for raid trash)

    Also, with Double Nth upon us, we've updated the general artifact recommendations at the start of the guide but we're also now adding artifact recommendations for each individual rotation (making that section somewhat redundant). The most Important DPS artifacts to consider levelling this week are:
    Solar Amp
    The Transformation Card
    Grimorium Verum (some powers need this more than others)
    Tetrahedron of Urgrund
    The Strategist Card (AoE rotations only)
    La-Mort Card (mostly for Rage melee)

    Additionally, you may want to consider leveling important Tac Swap artifacts to boost DPS:
    Dead King's Scepter
    Scrap of the Soul Cloak
    Philosopher's Stone

    If your resources are limited and you're not sure which artifacts work best for your power (or preferred rotations within that power), feel free to PM me here or in game.

    - Significant improvement to ranged boss rotation (now in the same spectrum as other powers vs Sparring Target and will perform slightly above average in elite content due to its mobility, consistency, and resiliency).

    All powers and respective rotation videos now updated for Birds of Prey. Rotations this time were carried out with higher stats than in the previous pass but players' live stats and performance should still well exceed that seen here (especially since these are all unbuffed). Also, all rotations now included specific artifact recommendations/requirements (assumes lvl 200 artis).

    What's Next?
    - Will add SC : DMG ratio for 1, 3, and 8 target scenarios for each power for vanilla, Scrap, and Scrap + head mod (hopefully over the course of the next few days)
    - Back to work on LPVE guide for a bit

    Strongly recommend Might DPS take advantage of the Double Nth right now to ensure they at least have Solar Amp, The Transformation Card, and Grimorium Verum leveled, and ideally Tetrahedron of Urgrund as well. Rage players (and potentially Fire players) could also benefit from La-Mort Card, if they enjoy its playstyle. The Strategist Card with greatly boost AoE performance but isn't critical for existing bossfight scenarios. For those who want to boost their DPS even further, Scrap, Stone, and Scepter are extremely potent when tac swapped.

    Supercharge recommendations added to every power (except Rage & Nature) including TLDR hierarchies and long-form comparative analysis from testing averages.

    Note: Hierarchies are based on maximizing DPS under nominal conditions via optimal DMG:SC output. In a group with excessive green EoG spam, we may or may not (generally not) have better performance with a SC further down the totem pole based on cost & cooldown considerations, especially if not tac swapping Scrap. Hierarchy includes factor by which each SC is behind the best DPS pick represented by the percentage of DMG output by which it lags behind, which we can use to help determine if/when it's worth switching.

    What artifacts do you recommend for Sorc? Grim, Trans, Solar Amp? Philosopher Stone ?

    For boss fights on Sorc, Solar and Grim are required to do the hardest hitting rotations then can use either Trans in the 3rd slot or, if no one else with more health has one on, Tetra.

    - Correction to Sorcery: Soul Barrage can no longer be jump canceled. However, attempting to jump cancel Soul Storm will still result in projectiles being cancelled and major damage loss.
    - Added additional note to Gadgets regarding the fact that Suppressor Turret's summon still can't be clipped properly.

    Appreciate all the time consuming analysis, but to me these rotations are how to get heat vision and some movement mode powers into whichever power you are playing at the time. Why not just have all iconic and movement powers period and save yourself some time by only having to make one analysis? heat V>HL shield>lunge>whirling dervish>sonic cry....you can finish this cheese too

    Obviously because that would be significantly weaker, as would not using them.... That's like complaining that prec has certain optimal attacks. Arbitrarily pretending 2/3 of everyone's potential toolkits is "cheese" is foolish. That specific "rotation" would be atrocious.
