Metalism/Magnetism Powerset

    So after Cosmic Boy, i think a new Tank power to start off more powers additions to DCUO for 2021 and beyond.

    Metal tree:
    1. Scrap (you use all kind of random metal scrap and either swipe/punch it or throw it.
    2.Scrap Armor (levitate metal objects around you and allies
    3.Metal twister (aoe like sand dust you can projectile metal scraps
    4.Wire pull (metal barbed or chain wire)
    5.Some healing buff (where you collect metal parts and at end heal
    6. Metal smash (use huge metal junks etc to smash enemies
    7.metal blades ( a new way or a combo power where you first have many blades behind near you floating and you can release them in a combo)
    8. Supercharge 1 = Mech suit ie Lex suit but with your character head instead etc
    9.Supercharge 2 = Metal binding ie earth or any other encasement power
    10.Supercharge 3 = Thousand blades (just TONS of blades can be thrown etc)


    Magnetism tree:
    1. Pull single or AoE
    2..Repel
    3.magnetic shields
    4.Magnetic charge weapon buff (have metal scraps float around arms)
    5.Magnetic force (kinda like mass levitation but different somehow)
    6.Magnetic weapons (combo power for example use different weapons each attack)
    7.Magnetic armor (a buff for tank as always)
    9. Supercharge = Magnetic Weigh (pull down a airplane or spaceship on enemies)

    PI could be dazed or crushed again or charged/electricity one

    Imagination is the limit, but would be a awsome power i think for a tank atleast
