In all honesty I think once you hit 30 you should have a sub-mentor mission. Sub-mentor being something like Green lantern, Spectre, and a Batman person dunno who. They can give you 3 Solo's and 3 duo's and end in an alert gearing you up for T1 novice raids. The alert could be Ace chem, Smallville, and containment just have a story that leads up to it at least. However containment doesn't seem very magic-y
