    Yea i see what you mean you would def be stuck waiting that time out after using stealth to use BD/PR first...I can't remember the timing on stealth but when would be the next chance to use stealth? third 123 rotation right?

    I'd say it's between 6th or 7th rotation of 1 2 3 4.

    By then stealth/invisblity should be ready to be used.

    So is the AM usable in control role like Quantum and Gadgets ? It's not in the notes.

    Hey I was just wondering if you got all the numbers you needed. I don't want this to go live and be the next "OP" power as much as you so if you need anything just let me know ill jump on and get you whatever you need.

    my question is that since you implemented the 'mid-range' adjustments, I've noticed that certain powers in the AM throw adds out of mid-range and you end up chasing them down while trying to keep them in effective range. Why not just juggle them in the air instead of tossing the adds across the room?

    Wow.... gotta give you props CrappyHeals for your effort and thank you in advance. Just sad that you have to beg Tunso to help him. Tuno's last communication in this current adjustment thread was 2 weeks ago.... I too hope that Mental is "balanced" meaning it can contend with the best power sets and not become OP so that he stops messing with it. #MENTAL4LYFE

    Thanks man, yea i just want mental to go out balanced, I don't know what happened with gadgets but its way over the target numbers they want. Actually i know what happened, all the people just wanted their power to be "OP" so they put up false numbers or didn't test the best loadout. I really hope they give gadgets a little tuning to knock it down where it should be so its not over shadowing other powers so much.

    I just want to see everything as close to balanced as we can get it.

    Most likely after all powers are given phase 3, people will start asking why gadgets is still topping the charts and 2 months later it's being updated... Smh

    Gadgets, fire are still rubbing celestials face in the grit..

    We need more people to post up the real numbers of what the powers can do and theres not many of us that actually know what they are doing so if you got some solid data you should defiantly post it up, and that vid is hilarious. How are people gonna play stuff on test and not mod their stuff right...everything is free to get. Its sad that some of those are the people giving feed back and they can't even mod their gear right or at all lol

    The problem is that if "balance" happens based on the real numbers then people will ask for buffs since they can't even go near and it will screw up "balance" for good..
    It is a no win situation at the moment.. either let it burn or burn with it.. both end up in ashes :(

    Oh yes I think I was laughing for half an hour after I saw this vid. Pure gold.

    You know you don't need the mods anymore right? At least not high end ones. I put them into my dps gear, but my tank gets alphas. The days of modding and remodding are over. Content comes out to fast to justify making the mods. I put alphas in my dps gear until I get an elite piece. The game is about CR not stats. The stats help, but your CR is the vital part of your gear.

    Maybe someone should check if the damage is splitting correctly. I've seen leaguemates running a melee loadout and doing up to 10 times more damage. Now if it's working fine then we will see alot more gadget dps soon.

    To my test mental is underperforming:

    Stats: Might 10424(1 point higher than the devs recommended)
    Precision: 3406

    I performed on the 3 sparring targets, and did at least 30 parses that contained 10 seconds in the log and I uploaded it to the log analyser and it's under-performing at Short range.

    The loadout is: invisblity, Grandeur, Pyschic shock, Telekenetic bolt, Phantom flames, and Mass terror:

    Invisblity: You should have Pyschic resonance and telekentic push(Or some move to exit out of invisiblity)

    Rotation: Invisblity then hit telkenetic push then hit mass terror.
    Then go into: Pyschic shock, Telkenetic bolt, phantom flames into mass terror,
    Clip mass terror with grandeur
    Hit mass terror again.

    And do Pyschic shock, telkenetic bolt, phantom flames into mass terror until the shortcuts are off of cooldown:

    The developers want the damage to hit 35,500 at short range but it's averaged out 33,489.
    So mental might need a tiny buff.

    If I have to re-gear and re-do all the parses because of this post, I'm gonna be frustrated.


    I just spent mutiple hours gearing, getting prestiege to acquire the league hall proficines, and modding everything.
    That'd be mutiple hours and time wasted down the drain.

    Also I wish this thread was About Mental it's self. This thread hasn't gotten no recent parses, yall want mental to get balanced right? get on test and get some logs or please don't bother posting here.

    You do know how Stupid you sound Right. Mods Increase your Stats and STATS MATTER!!! Crits and such. I have 1 Toon and BOTH Sides of my Role are Fully Modded at ALL times. Just Quit Being Lazy and go farm for Exos.. Players like YOU!!!! have SUCKED all the Joy of playing this game out of me. So Frustrating With the Mentality of Players like YOU.

    Sorry for my Rant But GET REAL!!!!

    I wish I could say he is wrong but sadly to a degree he is right. The game is highly swung in the favor of cr now instead of stats. Don't misunderstand me I will always get my my crits/chance from my gear mods but as far as the might/prec goes, I honestly don't see a reason using bytes to mod gear that is not elite gear. In the past you could be under geared but have high might or prec and do great damage now unless you meet the cr of content or simply out cr'ed by someone by like 3 cr or more you are at huge disadvantage as a dps. As a role that is different.

    The spec Jacob used is what is supposed to be used. Despite what some people may claim modding and skill points still have a large effect on Dps. If you look at this guide by Remander, you can see fully modding and speccing can double a player's Dps.

    Good stuff. Hopefully the Developers take the time to review this and get it right. Unfortunately I'm not very confident they will based on history. Looks like Gadgets will continue to have more potential. Disappointing
