Mental: Menace: This is now flagged as beneficial. Please correct me if I'm wrong but I was under the impression this change would make menace able to be clipped by other powers. I have tried and the only things I have successfully been able to clip menace with were grandeur and my trinket, both of which clipped menace before GU23. I would like to know if menace is working as intended and I misunderstood the patch notes or if this is a bug. Thanks in advance.
It's the other way around. You can now use menace to clip other powers and weapon attacks. It doesn't change what can be used to clip menace.
