    I've submitted a ticket and haven't received a response regarding my subscription. I paid for my sub and my membership is still inactive, I paid for my armory and can't use that. I'm getting a message that my items and bank exceed bank space and will be removed. Can I get a response or update?

    Try sending a tweet to @DCUO mate , they normally respond a lot quicker from twitter than to a ticket,

    Make sure to give them your ticket number, otherwise, rather than a substantive response, your first one will be to ask the number.
