I think the video speaks for itself. It does not trigger the Winter Ward cooldown reset once. I could have stood there blocking all day, but I think the video long enough to represent the bug. Edit: Just noticed that the Unshakable effect triggers when you're hit for 30% of your health, so that's probably it lol. Sorry! I'd delete the thread but there doesn't appear to be an option.
