Make additions to the game

Might sound silly but I always think of the Arcade area in Final Fantasy 7. Its been so long since I played that game its barely a memory but that area always stood out to me as really adding to the overall "you're in another world" feel.

I kinda wish we had a couple of time sink mini games in games. I dunno. Like a DC Comics version of bubble pop ora few old school arcade style games "DC-ized". Justice League pinball. Could even be an amenity we put together and access through our lairs and league halls. Some casino games. we could even bet various marks and money and win styles and the like...

I do like this idea a lot! It would definitely need to be limited to solo and open world, anything NOT multiplayer. (Can you imagine EIGHT nemesis popping up during a raid? :p)

The nemesis could be either a DC character or perhaps one created on your own.

Also, I would like to give the player an option to use a nemesis system, or not.

Too bad the devs don't read these posts that much.

While the idea itself sound cool enough, I have no pity for those who knock out a whole DLC in a month as they have to really work at it to get that done. I mean that's their choice...use resets, spam, grind the counter feats (probably in 1 day), anything to be 'done' with the content faster....then yell 'I'm bored' the next day.

I will agree though, that the cookie cutter feeling of content does seem lackluster....but hey, the last major change in the way DLC content was given to us was the WV/LLL OW bounties....so maybe change is not always for the best?

I would love them to revamp open worlds, make them big like Metropolis and Gotham and let us explore, endless missions to do, etc.
It would be amazing. The last big open world was Gotham Wastelands and sadly we have no incentive to go there because there are no rewards that worth running it or any point to hang out there and explore. (It's one of the most beautiful Maps we have, by the way).

We need reasons to visit all instances again, this game have a lot of content, i just hate the last episode, please, find a way to make us visit old duos and alerts daily (Omnibus is fine but is weekly)

    Champions Online's Nemesys system.

Personally, I love the idea so much I am tempted to download warframe to play it.

I wouldn't mind seeing a "Nemesis" type boss randomly appear in content for solo missions, open world missions, or even occasionally (mostly rare, like %25 chance spawn in alert) alerts. Could even name them "<characters name> Nemesis."

A solo survival mode (of the sort) would also be cool, something that will put players to the test of their own abilities and survivability. Something you would most likely want to battle(role) in higher rounds. Maybe even make it like a Pagoda fighting tower.

Speaking generally to the subject of the thread, I can think of two significant speedbumps (if not outright obstacles) to making additions to the game.

First? Folks don't always like change. New mechanics alone in content tend to get more complaints than anything else, and the longer a game goes the less receptive to change a player base can become. Secondly? Anything new tends to get burned through like it's never going to last, and there's really no way for the devs to keep up with the demand for more additions (especially if staffing stays on the low side).

As for the Nemesis system? Played it in my time in CO, and the shine and novelty wore off pretty quickly. Being able to make your enemy (and the general look of their henchmen) took care of any character creation itches one might have, and the initial encounters were interesting. Long term was a different matter. Getting enemy henchmen attacking you while in the middle of another mission was VERY annoying and distracting and it just didn't hold up for me as time went on.

Simply put, it's something I can live without because I've seen it, been there, done that and tossed out the t-shirt a while ago.
