Not sure if I should file this here or make a ticket, but I bought about $4 million worth of base item today, and each time I bought an item it says it was in the mailbox, however, there was a momentary problem with the mailbox and it said it was unavailable. After fixing all my purchased item were missing. What can I do about this?
You can open a ticket, and get a response that basically says the mail system is infallibe. I learned that lesson on unreceived mail attachments just over 80 mill.
Yeah I sold over 4 mil on items in the broker just now. But the funds was not in the mail *sighs* time to file a ticket!
My mishap was around the hometurf release, I don't think the system was quite ready for the amount of brokers and mailboxes added to bases, & it was easier to assume all mail malfunction tickets were lying during that time, you might get better support than I did.

Yeah, the chat has been wonky for the past few weeks. So, I opened a ticket and I was told that all my delayed purchases should now be in the mailbox. I haven't logged in yet, but I'm hopeful. I got some really nice base items for good prices. Lol.
