Hi, I posted this in the PC Technical forums but have yet to receive a response. I can't seem to receive any in game mail. After completing Alerts, Races, Briefings, Investigations, etc. The items do not show up in my mailbox. Also, items I buy from the broker do not show up. I can mail my alts and they show up, but that's it. I'm a legendary account too. Anyone else experience this issue? I don't know what to do, it's very frustrating. I've submitted a ticket, but no response as of yet.
That is probably (most likely) the problem. The name restrictions are broken and characters with special characters in their name cannot receive mail. You'll either have to get a name change token thingy, delete the character altogether or wait for the names to be fixed.
