The duration to interrupt MA heavy shuriken is too short many times when someone uses heavy shuriken then block right after if I lunge them I both interrupt them and hit there block at same time, and this happens very often. Considering how popular MA is in pvp this needs to be fixed.
Oh so it's not just me being slow! I was noticing the same thing but didnt think much of it until I saw your thread. Would explain why it feels easier to interrupt other weapons.
This is a problem that started since GU 25 and this is why " Reduced the interrupt vulnerability window for players after performing block breaking attacks to 1.35 seconds based on community feedback that the window was too large." - From GU 25 patch notes. Now that vulnerability window is too short for MA. They can spam Heavy shuriken then block continuously with no issue of being interrupted.
This happens with basically short duration block breakers, either those charged up the minimal amount or those without cast bar. I don't know if the culprit is the BBs though. I'm more inclined to blame the immunity system and block, tbqh.
Well since 90% of pvp players use MA I have only seen it there and I am pretty sure thats the reason most of them use it now. This is also why no one is talking about it they dont want they devs to fix their new exploit.
2h and brawling interrupt needs to be fixed to, the interrupt time seems like you have to actually lunge right exactly when they do a block breaker like batman and robin's block breaker in legends.
Just so you know, they seriously slowed down MA combo time, so I don't think the window should be lengthen. I guess you just want this weapon completely nerfed, huh?
Is this in arenas or legends? I'm not experiencing or seeing anything weird with MA users. As far as things being funny since the shortened BB window, I am personally finding it very difficult to catch tap block spammers with my 1H, weirdly enough, particularly in Batcave 1v1. In general, using 1H to catch tap block spammers has been generally tougher since GU25. Seems weird to me, or maybe its just me. Luckily enough, I can do other weapons (MA, DW, picking 2H up, Staff). But still, I'm finding that I have to switch my 1H to another weapon if the people I'm facing spam tap block continuously.
1. MA is not that slow movement wise, it just has long combos. 2. They have been buffing up MA for awhile now either increasing its damage or hitting more targets. 3. MA has a unique stun that now other weapon has and it takes the longest to recover from. So with that said way is gonna be completely nerfed if they fix the increase the interrupt window for heavy shuriken?
Yea i noticed this yesterday too. Also Handblasters seems to suffer from longer duration interrupt windows then 1.35 secs. Both need an adjustment.
people arent talking about it because it has nothing to do with MA its all weapons and beyond that just general lag inthe game especialy on PS3.. and most of the people i fight are not using MA so how exactualy are 90% of them using it when all I see are bow and duel weld or one handed
MA user here (been so for almost 8 months now) and I agree that if I play it just right, punishing me because I threw a 1 Hold Shuriken can be down right aggravating. I hardly ever get caught with a lunge after throwing the 1 Hold Shuriken. When I fought you this morning Scorpion I think the only time you punished me from it was when you caught me throwing it when I thought you were gonna block but instead finished your hold combo with your Shield. On a side note I think Dual Wield's time is off as well. I swear I am getting interrupted and I have interrupted players using the Tap BB well after 1.35 seconds.
Ok so 90% of people on the USPC server are using MA, and while yes all weapons have been adjusted and some can recover from there block breaker quicker than others MA is the only one I encounter where they can use their block breaker and block right way to aviod interruption and on many cases when using a fast lunging weapon like one hand or shield you will both interrupt them and hit their block at the same time. That is clearly an issue no way around it.
