Wasn't sure where to post this but, I re subscribed the 15 of February and I didn't get my loyalty points, any way to contact somebody about that ?
I buy the yearly sub but I know you get them like every 30 days. Sub starts on the 14th but I don't get my loyalty points probably till the 16th.
To my knowledge, you get your LP's on the day you originally subbed, meaning even if you take a few months off and re-sub on a different day, you'll still get your LP on the original day you subbed. For instance, I just resubbed recently in the first week of the month, I still didn't get my LP until the third week of the month, my original sub day.
My subscription was Jan. 18 and just re-upped on Feb, 18. Where do my loyalty points show up? I don't see them anywhere.
Loyalty points and RB are based on your initial membership date. I am more concern with Loyalty points vendor not giving us a 10% discount. If I was a PC player I get a 10% discount with my MPC I get from the membership but PS players do not get it. So every purchase from loyalty points PS players are technically pay more. That is far from fair. I mean how hard would it be to look to see if a player has a membership and give them a discount not only at the MP but also the Loyalty Vendor. This is long over due.
I had not received loyalty point since the beginning of January. I contacted Daybreak and the gave me 500 points then changed my subscription date from the 7th of every month to the 21st. I told them that I would be getting shorted for 2 weeks and was told there was nothing that could be done. So I'm just happy I got something
So I should get my points around March 15th then if I would guess then, which doesn't make sense why subscribe and get your reward a month after
