I've read some old guides that says it's found in the Circe Stronghold challenge and T3 weekly boxes. I've tried them both but I am concerned that I may be following a rabbit trail. Can anyone confirm of deny this lead? Thanks
I got mine in the monarch playing cards T3 challenge. Was either from drop or the weekly award box but dont remember which
