looking for a league

    ice/tank CR73, Hero/USPC
    i had been into 2 leagues but quit because of no help at all. we couldn't do raids/no help with duos/alerts etc.
    i'm just looking for a league with helpful people to help me up my CR
    any reply will be much appreciated...thanks!

    i have a villain but he's a low level. my only high level toon is a hero.
