    It was possible to lock them.So could play a bit on my lower Toon.
    However this shouldnt happend for paying customers..makes me wanna trash this whole ****** game!!!

    I am experiencing the same problem on EU Server. My 1 year membership is supposed to go on until early 2017. I would be really happy to get an update on whats going on and how long it will probably take to fix it?

    Any update for this? I'm completely hosed as all content is locked out for me except from the classic game.
    Deleted 2 characters thinking it was legit. . .I opened a support ticket as well, but I haven't seen anything new in a while (can't even find a bug report on JIRA that hasn't just been auto closed).

    K. Just logged on and I'm getting this as well. I'm on the US server though. I really hope they didn't go home before they fixed this. Especially on a weekend.

    Its not fixed on the US pc side, all my toons are deactivated and i have a yearly pass. please fix it
