i was in game playing it kicked me when i checked servers it says my server is locked what does locked mean

Servers are down for maintenance. There's a daily maintenance at 6AM Pacific Time, you'll see a 30 minute countdown in the chat box.

Daylight savings ended, so the daily maintance moved 1 hour (depending on where you live).
