Anyone notice a increase in drop rate. I actually played all day and got none.....weird. Oh well. Maybe it's my toon. I did get one this morning on my villain.

Working as intended. Get players to play longer in hopes of lockbox styles. More players on, more potential revenue. Jk lol, most likely a bug. Normally isn't a single update/hotfix that goes off without a hitch in this game.
If you swap to alts, I noticed that the drop boxes drop for them. Then switch back, and more boxes. I got a total of 3 promo boxes today. Remember that time is cumulative for alts.
I been playing for past 3 days about 5hrs each here and there have gotten only 2. 2!!! I swear it's like with each dlc, each update my toon has a decrease in lockboxes. Yet my wife whose a premium have gotten 7 or 8 in the past few days. How does that make any sense
It's weird, normally I always get one a day, and it's early on while playing that I get it. Today, none, on any of my toons.
I wonder how many replays got wasted by players looking for more prom boxes with the promise of new styles? Every time this team screws up.....they make money off of it. And again.....not a whisper from a green name......ridiculous. In a post above a legendary member stated his premium member wife got 7-8 and he's only gotten like 2......that's not RNG people....or bad luck.......that's intended.....they get nothing from legendary members to open boxes......$1 each for premiums and F2P though. Boxes drop at intervals of 6hrs...they claim it's been halved.....sounds like only F2P and premiums are getting that ratio.......it's probably just a mistake though....just another profitable one for them.
It hasn't increased at all, I saw none in over 4 hours of play which included solos, raids and alerts.
They shouldve just left it as 6hrs and given everyone 5-7 boxes as a launch bonus. Now, not only are they not dropping more as intended for, (what looks like) the majority of players, but id put money on the normal rate not being set back up properly and only being fixed after it gets investigated in a few months. This "bonus week" is making as much sense as NOT being able to trade these styles....
Sounds like they're all screwed up, premiums can open them without keys and we all know how much they drop for premiums trying to drum up key sales... Guessing this will get fixed fast since it affects the bottom line.
We confirmed the increased drop rate is in effect on all servers. That said, if you believe you are not seeing it, please post or message me privately the character you have been playing on, including server.
